Upon receiving your order, we will send an order acknowledgment email. This email is not an order acceptance. Order acceptance occurs when we ship your products and send a shipment confirmation email.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Policy

We ship throughout India via our network of trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, and destination. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6.2 Delivery Process

Most items require assembly upon delivery. Our standard delivery includes:

• Delivery to ground floor entrance
• Basic unpacking and inspection
• Assembly service available for additional fee

You must inspect all items upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

6.3 Delivery Restrictions

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most standard, non-customized items that are:

• In original condition
• Unassembled
• In original packaging

Customized items, assembled furniture, and special order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

7.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Package items securely in original packaging
3. Include all parts, hardware, and documentation
4. Ship using our designated return service

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

7.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Warranties

8.1 Product Warranty

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship as follows:

• Upholstery and finishes: 1 year
• Electronics: 1 year (manufacturer's warranty)

This warranty covers normal residential use and excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly.

We may require return of the defective item at our expense.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us individually. No arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other or decided on a class-action basis.

Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of our Services.
